If I had a penny for every post, I’d have… ten pounds ! Oh well, never mind.
Yes. I’ve passed that magical 1000 post mark and to celebrate, I will opening up DD Live tomorrow, if you fancy popping over. It would be wonderful to see some of you old friends over there.
This is also an open thread on the subject of blogging.
How has blogging effected your life, if at all ? Not just as a blogger but as a reader ?
How has blogging changed the way you follow international or local news events, if at all ?
Are you ever overwhelmed by the sheer volume of blogs out there ?
What are your must-reads ? What can you live without ?
Please feel free to add any other comments about blogging, add a link to your own blog or your favorites or just pop in and say hello if you have never commented before.
Hope to see some of you at DD live.
Happy Blogging !

My favourite read? Well, this blog! It is a haven of commonsense in an insane world… Yes, I know, I am now going to be accused of sycophancy, but I don’t care cos it is true.
Congrats, that’s a lot of posts. I’ve done about 700 but that’s with two blogs. I”m starting to loose my blogging mojo…ciao

You introduced me into blogging and for that I shall forever be grateful. As to if it changed my life? My Real Life (TM) life hasn’t really changed because my anonymity is complete - my online life though has completely changed. To tell the truth I also see tend to evaluate specific things through a blog perspective and am much more keen in documenting my everyday life.
