I had visited Kato Achaia numerous times in the 1990s while deployed to the American base at Araxos (next city over from Kato Achaia). During those visits to Kato Achaia, I found a very warm, and welcoming group of people who truly supported the American Base at Araxos and Americans in general. God speed to rebuild Kato Achaia!
