Birthday

I am also ill. Nothing serious, just a stupid virus causing a bit of a temperature and aching bones. Good timing right ?
Anyway, I will be celebrating with the love of my life and the kid at some point. I am sure a whiskey or three (for medicinal reasons) won’t do me any harm. So raise a glass for me later and don’t forget the DD live birthday edition tomorrow at the usual times.
Note: I have also been totally overwhelmed by spam in these past few days. The annoying type of spam that actually gets through my filters and onto the blog. So sorry people, the anti-spam word will be turned back on today.
UPDATE: The anti-spam word thing doesn’t work with my version of Wordpress. I’m trying out Bad Behavior again. Email me if you are having problems leaving a comment.
Note 2: Does anyone know about these trackback blogs that steal your content. I’ve been picked up by several over the last week (I think they are called “sploggs” ?) and I have no idea how to stop them. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. It’s important because they are making money by stealing people’s work.
For everyone who hates Halloween because of the stupid costumes, let me turn it into a day to enjoy. It’s my birthday!!!!!
