I agree CaliforniaKat, that Mel is deserving of the award too and that she is a truly nice person. I did want to spread the blog love about a bit this time. (I have passed on the kudos to her a few times in the past). I do think you are equally deserving because you have built a community in a very short time and you work hard to maintain it. Your style may not be schmoozy but I think people like your straight-talking, no nonsense approach. I certainly do.

Thanks DD, I appreciate the respect. However, I’d like to point out that I’m not the least bit deserving because I tend to be blunt and not at all schmoozy when it comes to the site. I don’t tolerate ignorance well, publish and confront the questionable comments, and only give links to sites I deem worthy as to not mislead a reader seeking sound information and good quality writing.
