Magazine Meme
Published by deviousdiva May 3rd, 2007 in Memes.Ev Nucci tagged me in a magazine meme that was started by Andy Beal
What magazines do you read?
Well, I am the most boring person on the face of the earth for this meme. I don’t read any magazines. I have no subscriptions. I never have had and probably never will have.
However, I used to read and collect the following, when I was reckless and youthful:
The Face
Empire
NME (paper or magazine?)
Having said that (which is really boring) I would read anything that is put in front of me. Really. I love reading. I don’t care how informative or rubbish it is, I’ll read it. If I don’t have anything worthwhile to read, I’ll give in to the worst, most hideous gossip magazine that comes my way. Seriously…test me… but if you have you have some spare/cheap/good books, I’ll be right there!
And anyone else who is in the mood…
Don’t forget: DD live today!
UPDATE: Sorry! I didn’t read the instructions! You must include the first line of this post in your post, changing the name of the person who tagged you. Thanks.
Technorati: magazine meme, reading, gossip, meme

Some I have a subscription for, and some I rely on the library to provide…The Nation, Harpers, The New Republic, Rolling Stone, Popular Mechanics, New Yorker and (when I get the sunday paper) the NYTimes Mag.
I’m always down for a book swap - - - much better than buying new ones!
DD,
Thanks a million for doing this meme! I should send you the 9 gazillion magazines sitting on top of my desk. I can’t climb over them to get to my call the subscription companies to cancel them, or my glasses so I can’t see the numbers on the phone and unfortunately I can’t read magazines because I can’t find my glasses! I’m a mess. This is happened to me when I turned 49. My kids thought I was brilliant from the time they were babies until they were 13. Now the 17 and soon to be 19 year old, think I’m stupid. So, what’s that tell you about getting older! I hope you’re laughing, because I sure am!
Hmmmmm, I wish I wish. Magazines! Books! I’d love them.
So I have stupidity to look forward to, Ev Nucci? Laughing? That was more than funny, it’s real life! Love it.
