Invisble Revisited 12
Read this post first and then the rest of the series if you missed it !
[Part Twelve of Twelve]
So, that’s the whole article posted. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did when I read it. I am sure some of the flow is lost in posting it in extracts but I couldn’t think of another way to get around possible copyright problems. This long hidden/buried history holds many lessons for us. We seem to fear our history, in case it makes us weak. I believe the opposite is true. Our history is what makes us what we are now and the lessons we learn from the past surely makes us stronger ? By looking at what has happened in the past, we can ensure the same mistakes are not made again. I know, I know, we never learn. But we could. Couldn’t we ?
I am in the middle of writing a post for my other place on Anne Frank, whose diary had such an impact on me as a young child…. and is in the news again because of a new biography coming out… more later.
Anyway, this is an open thread now for anyone to write their thoughts/impressions on the series, to ask questions or to make requests for future posts or series.
