[Geeky aside:I quite like messing about with a bit of html so I was up for the challenge of making a new sidebar box to match the others. Wordpress is dodgy for this kind of thing because you have no access to their source code. But I did it by matching the colour by eye. Cool huh? Geekiness over.]

Congratulations! Isn’t it always nice to accomplish something like this? As a geek I live for that kind of stuff (well, OK, amongst other things).
About the colour, it seems that the sidebar stuff is defined with a grey font colour, only links are in that blue. I think you wanted the blue colour to balance the appearance with the other boxes. The FONT-Tag is a bit frowned upon, instead of [P][FONT COLOR="#0066CC"] one would use [p style="color: #06c;"] nowadays (substituting the proper brackets for [/], I don’t know how they will survive in the comment).
In fact wordpress can’t hide that source code from you, it’s all in “View Source” in the webbrowser and in http://deviousdiva.wordpress.c...../style.css - the stylesheet.
Geekiness aside, I think someone offering free legal advice is a really good thing. One of the worst things with the legal system is that it’s so hard to get a bit of advice without putting down money or committing to go into a legal battle from the start. That’s bad enough if ones personal situation is “normal”, but a total showstopper when one is down and out.
Hey betabug. That is so cool. Thanks for that. But I cannot mess with the code to change my template can I? How I would love to get my hands on that ! Why is the font tag frowned upon? You lost me with that one.
