We all bleed the color red. None of us can choose the color we are to be born… but does it really matter in the end? If someone was born purple, would they be a freak? I envy those who are color-blind at times…

Many African Americans do not understand why America has turned it back on us. There is a simple reason. On October 3, 1994 South Africa established a democratic government that protected the sovereign rights of both white and black Africans equally and protected the minority whites from racism based on the United Nations Treaty to Eliminate Discrimination. Three weeks later on October 21,1994, the United States in a panic rescinded the rights of African Americans and other minorities by denying them right to seek redress before the International Court without permission or a hearing. No procedures were ever put in place for African Americans to ask for permission. This ensured that when a catastrophe like New Orleans occurred and African Americans were treated in an inhuman and racist manner, they could not challenge it before the United Nations. Spike Lee raises the question of the treatment of African Americans in New Orleans. However, the United States has a Get of Jail Race Card that allows them not to be held accountable by the United Nations for racism. It is the only state that has such a provision in their ratification. The United Nations now has a majority Black ruled country(South Africa) that agrees to be held accountable for racism against a minority white population and a majority White ruled country (United States) that refused to be held accountable for racism against a minority black population. Neither Spike Lee, Oprah Winfrey, nor other African American advocates appear to have knowledge of this get of jail free card because the policy is secret and the official treaty is not accessible on U.S. sites. It was uncovered through internet links from South African sites to the United Nations site by a group of people under the sponsorship of Reverend Curtis Harris, National Vice President of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC). He asked to meet and obtain permission from President Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and Congress, in March 2006, to seek redress on U.S. backed racism before the International Court of Justice. They have not responded in eight months. Reverend Harris held a press conference in July 2006 and openly appealed to the United States for recognition of African Americans sovereign rights. No one responded including other civil rights organizations and the Congressional Black Caucus. However, because the United States has a Get of Jail Race Card that allows them not to be held accountable, they are free from any accountability. As part of the democracy that the United States is promoting in other countries, the majority white population gave themselves this waiver in secret without hearings. Oh yes, the nerve of Flux coming and criticizing when his contribution to this “Racism Day” is bringing back, YET AGAIN, the tired Nazi/Jew angle. Took a lot of thought there. It didn’t cross his bald little head to write about Muslim atrocities against Christians with an overabundance of examples to choose from, did it? Two for two. Two non-whites focusing on ONLY white racism. We know for whom this “Racism Day” is meant to be directed, don’t we?

You “granted” me a “quite good overall” for this post. I have news for you. Your opinion of my writing has no value to me whatsoever.

You have shouted at me in the past to write about the french riots, because I am black (don’t bother to come back on that one again) and you expect me to speak for all black people. Now you ask me to write about all forms of racism from all groups of people. You are asking me to speak for the entire world.

If you think that you could write such a post. That is perfect in every way, that speaks to and for all people, that is vast and historical and based on ALL the facts, and is totally unbiased, fair, genuine, objective and brilliant; Get on and write it.

To just a black man, welcome to my blog. I hope you will contribute to “Blog against Racism Day” and not feel put off by this long standing argument between myself and ethnocentrist (and a few others)
